Shareholder positions may be requested at the Agencies of the Banco Itaú Unibanco S.A..

They are issued exclusively:

•	To the shareholder himself, per presentation of certified copies of his RG and CPF, and an original proof of residence;
•	To a duly certified proxy, per presentation of the power of attorney and certified copies of the CPF, RG and an original proof of residence of the proxy;
•	If you receive the information that you do not hold any shares to your name when you request your shareholder position, one of two facts occurred:
	•    You already sold your shares or;
	•    These are under custody of your stock broker.
